My Business religion and How I think
Whether you religious, spiritual or political…when your belief is so strong you’re not willing to waiver….period! I work hard to research, study and perfect. I am not willing to bend or change to make it easy, and taught my children “ALWAYS think of others before yourself, and think inside out.” Of Course a few of my not so favorite sayings, “It’s not all about you”, “You get nothing and like it” or my favorite “Gosh, I hate that for you”. As you can see, I don’t waiver much with them either. I know this is a little long, and you are handing over one of your most valuable assets to someone, I hope it would be someone you trust. This way you can see if you like the way I Think.
The problem with the Real Estate Industry as I see it
To impact the world, you need to find a problem of great magnitude and solve it. I’ve been in real estate for 17 years and the changes in the past few years scares me. My opinion, I’m working in an industry that’s broken. Between the unethical practices of agents or their robotic inability to solve problems it’s driving me crazy. I’ve spoken to hundreds of sellers over the past 2 years after their home came off the market because it didn’t sell. There was a common them with all of them. All agents are greedy and they don’t want to work. They felt ripped off or lied to. They don’t feel that Real Estate Agent’s tell the truth. The truth is, most of them will tell you what they think you want to hear so they can get the listing, attract a buyer and get a pay check. Most Agent’s are post and pray Realtor’s. Get it in the Multiple Listing Service and pray a buyer shows up. They put no skill in the process of finding you the right buyer that is willing to pay you top dollar.
The Real Estate Shift
We are in a new age of running a business, marketing, and advertising. No difference than it was a hundred years ago, when there was a shift to the industrial revolution. That’s why Rockefeller, Carnegie, J.P. Morgan made that shift and why they where “The Men that Built America”. We are now in a new shift. We are in the communication age based on technology. The problem as I see it, most agent’s haven’t started with the mind shift and worked their way through the skill set. More than ever you need to know how Technology works to sell products from the inside out. Let’s say, you line up 3 apples on a table, which one are you going to buy? Of course, the cheapest. What if one of those apples is the most expensive, and you tell the story about that apple. The farmer planted the heirloom seed with great care and it’s not a genetically modified organism. This tree never had any harmful chemicals that it could pass on to the apple and was well cared for. The proud farmer is now taking his crop to market, which one would you buy now? Would you still buy the cheapest or buy the best? Unfortunately, agents today are not getting the training or they don’t dedicate the time. Learning new skills and technology from the inside out is hard work, and takes an enormous amounts of time. They would rather chase the latest, easy way to get client’s . Therefor their solution, lower the price until someone buys it.
Real Estate Coaches
I will let you in on a secret, most Broker’s and other Agent’s make you feel like your broken and you need a Real Estate Coach. If you Google “How To Sell Real Estate” on YouTube, you will see various coaches going through “Scripts” on how to SELL you and what white lies you can tell to get the appointment or sign the contract. Yes, some of them will dangle I am the cheapest, but are the BEST? When you look at what they are teaching Real Estate Agents, it’s no wonder we have a broken industry. I don’t care who the coach is, it’s the same crap….make more phone calls, cold call, knock on doors, call friends and family and beg for business and become a better telemarketer. This is my definition of a PEST and to me it’s creating unprofessional and unethical sharks. If you curious, YouTube “How to Sell Real Estate” and take a glimpse of whats out there in regards to training. They don’t teach you the skills on how to sell property for top dollar. Improving your skills as a Product Storyteller, or Marketing. Most of what is out there is a gimmicks or quick fix for the realtor to spend money and not adding new tools to create a WIN for our clients.
I have taken this long and amazing journey as a Web Developer, Social Media Producer and Product Storyteller. Spending time on the details of this website really gave me a sense of community, and speaking to so many people who had issues with selling their home or trying to buy one. So to you I say” Thank You”! What does that mean for you? Best way to describe it,think of Steve Jobs selling an Apple product. Once the product is ready for public sale, there is a huge production that takes place, I do the same thing for my products…your house. I Designed and Coded my WordPress Website to interface with so many other marketing platforms that were open-ended without restrictions. I don’t think or work like other agents and I needed other types of marketing platforms that will set my Clients’ apart from their competition. Also, I designed and coded all the various searches directly from the data from the Multiple Listing Service. You can now tack the hottest deals and customize your Advance Search. I got into this business to make a difference, and now committed to “Impact Real Estate Differently”. After getting to know more about me and my philosophies I hope you agree. Business Religion and Technology
Most realtors don’t understand Technology, let alone coding. Very few now how to market, what advertising works and more importantly what doesn’t. They don’t have a system they can track, or tell stories to sell their product. It All starts with the platforms, for example websites. Most agents have a website to showcases houses and who they are. Most Realtors can’t use their website as a marketing and advertising platform for their clients. I decided to raise my clients above the norm. We are striving and setting goals to be the best in Web Development, Production and Content Writing. If I can’t use Technology at the highest level to pull me out in front of all the other Real Estate Agents in the area , than how I am going to have my clients stand out and sell their property for top dollar?
Why is that important?
Let’s face it…a customized production is better than a limited one any day. With WordPress I have unlimited ways to market your property on several different portals directly to customers. The ability to design endless website platforms. Design a personal property blog and advertise on Google, and all social media platforms. We have developer status with Facebook and have incorporated direct marketing targeting buyers personal Algorithms. A little scary that Facebook and Google know what we want to buy before we do. The next phase is the ability to SHARE all content from our marketing platforms is huge. Someone see’s your blog about your house, and they have a friend or family member thinking about moving they share. The ability to design websites for your property and place tracking links to see which format buyers take an interest to and switch it up. They are our audience and we need to appeal to their needs, wants, and emotions. This will increase direct marketing to buyers who are thinking of purchasing a home and play matchmaker with our seller’s that have the perfect dream home for them. Business Religion on Selling
Once you decide to sell your home, it becomes a house, and is part of our production plan to sell for top dollar. How do we get the buyer to have an emotional attachment to make it their home, and willing to spending Top Dollar? No two homes are alike and either should the marketing. It blows my mind, agents do the same thing on every home and post it in the Multiple Listing Service and pray, do you know how many times in a day that a home pop’s up and their isn’t any pictures, or they are so horrible you can’t get a feel for the home and your feeling is YUK! I started designing, writing, coding and developing Three different platforms to put in production so my clients have a better real estate experience. The bottom-line for me, give the best service and experience that will create a larger profit for you as my client, and set you apart from your competition. We are always striving for a 5 Star Rating… The End.
I’m a single Mom and so blessed with 3 amazing children my son Matthew is a part of the team. I have an amazing daughter-in law and son-in law, and 6 awesome Grandchildren… two and four-legged. Family, not only mine but yours is the most important part of my life. Looking at life through the eyes of a child is magical. We have so much to learn and remember from children. Their creativity and their amazing ability to tell you what they think and feel without filters. I’ve been blessed spending time exploring the next phase of my client’s lives, starting with building memories in their new home. My best friend is Remington, and our favorite time is playing catch…. he loves his tennis balls. I started something new recently and listening to Ted.com, it’s a non-profit devoted to spreading ideas. It’s mind-blowing learning the science behind, “Ideas worth Spreading”. My favorite pass time when the Lion’s aren’t playing is programming and reading. I can spend hours researching and coding looking for better ways to do business. Solving the mystery of how something works inside out fascinates me, and puts us in a win situation. It gives my client’s an edge. I’ve learned how the Algorithms work on the public platforms as well as the major search engines to better place you above the competition.

On the main page, we have information about “Giving Back. We’ve had the pleasure of working with so many wonderful families, and along the way, to no fault of their own things went wrong. We’re adults, we can handle what lesson we’re supposed to learn, but kids should have the luxury of being kids. That’s why we have started a new foundation, “ImpactingKidz.Org. We are waiting on our 501(c)3 status, in the meantime, we are chairing “Toys for Tots” at KW-Lakeside. I believe in running my business the old fashion way, taking care of my client needs every step of the way. My experience dictates everything I do is by the book, double dot i’s and cross t’s. I recommend taking your time to do ALL your “due diligence” in advance. If you trust Facebook, they have a visual test for “OCD”, yep, I passed it twice at a 100%. Paying attention to the smallest of details is in my DNA.
My background was in Health Care Management and Marketing before I transitioned to Real Estate. Selling and Marketing Medical Service isn’t that much different from Selling property. There is a lot of emotions when it involves contract negotiations and money. In the medical field like Real Estate there is plenty of competition as well. Being a single Mom in a very demanding business climate requires organization skills at the highest level. I didn’t have the luxury of time or money, and wasting either one was not an option. When you’re marketing your services or a product you need a story and a plan that appeals to your audience…the patient or the buyer. You wouldn’t think the two profession are that similar, when it comes services or a product….it’s still selling an idea and emotion. They need to vision themselves needing the medical service or your new home.
